Our work is inquiry-based, data-guided, and responsive to the unique organizations we serve. We begin each relationship with empathy interviews and focus groups, questionnaires, and observations to help reveal organizational strengths and growth areas. We use research-based practices and apply essential elements of servant leadership to sustain relational trust and increased professional performance and satisfaction.

Experience: We bring decades of experience supporting more than 100 educational systems and organizations. Through research and practice, we have built products and services that are flexible enough to address your organization’s culture and mission.

Geoff Baker

Geoff serves so that others may learn and serve even better. He is an experienced learning & development professional, program director, program manager, consultant, continuous improvement coach, and educator. He brings his committed to anti-racist practices that promote diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations.

Through improvement science and applied principles of servant leadership, Geoff's work has led to effective onboarding, professional learning & development, and coaching program (re)design for organizations across the US.

Patti Hanlon

Dr. Patti Hanlon brings more than 20 years focused on gender equity. The former Assoc. Director of Stanford University's interdisciplinary Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program, Patti is Stanford's current Director of Frosh 101, a college transition and belonging program that she helped design.

Patti helps organizations analyze how member identities influence communication, collaboration, and coordination toward organizational goals. Her commitment to improving each member's sense of belonging promotes a culture of inclusion and care.

Reed Dickson

At Onboard Forward, Reed helps companies, nonprofits and school districts design and implement fully-online and hybridized professional development programs and platforms. Reed builds upon his experience in instructional design, UX/UI design, faculty development and IT solutions to design meaningful, memorable training experiences that increase employee engagement and retention.

Reed brings has over twenty years of experience guiding nonprofit and education-sector programs in New York City, New Orleans, and Tucson.
